Your full name and email are required to complete the booking. Please double-check the spelling of your email to ensure you receive your booking confirmation, receipt, and completed session.
Pay
Payment is required to book your session and is securely processed by Stripe. Available payment methods are dynamically displayed by Stripe based on your device and location. If you have questions about a specific payment method not shown at the time of booking, please contact me directly. Once payment is complete, your session will be officially scheduled and confirmed via email.
Intake
Preparation begins and ends with the Intake Form. Immediately after booking, you’ll be prompted to complete it within 24-hours. The link will also be provided in your booking confirmation email. This form is required, as it provides the details needed to carefully assess your situation. The quality of your session depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Each Rooted Report requires expertise to craft questions, scour resources, scrutinize data, select the most reliable claims, and thoughtfully communicate nuanced subjects with accuracy, precision, and accessibility, so you can immediately put it to use.
What personal information should I share for my Rooted Report?
As part of the ordering process, you may be asked to describe your preferences, constraints, previous efforts, and other details that influence the final Report. Answering honestly and thoroughly will help me customize your Report. If additional context is necessary, I’ll reach out to you via email.
What will be used to write my Rooted Report?
I consult academic databases, peer-reviewed journals, government publications, professional literature, industry standards, and other reputable artifacts.
For each Rooted Report, I weigh elements like applicability to your question, trustworthiness of the source, date of publication, and strength of the evidence.
All Rooted Reports come with a list of references, but access and distribution may be limited to paywalls, institutional restrictions, and/or copyright laws.
When and how will I get my Rooted Report?
Rooted Reports are completed as early as 3 weeks from your order date. Your Report will be delivered via email as a PDF.
Please be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder on your delivery date. If you cannot locate your Report by 11:59 pm. Pacific Time that day, please contact me at hello@rootedepiphany.com.
What happens during a Rooted Integration session?
Once your report is confirmed, you’ll receive an invitation to add a Rooted Integration session. The link will be valid for 30 days, but I encourage you to reserve the session within 2 weeks while your Report is fresh for both of us.
In addition to indicating your preferred video platform, you must specify your discussion topics on the booking form. This enables me to arrive prepared, so we can:
Dig into your concerns or areas of resistance.
Talk through your ideas.
Assess related factors.
These are just examples. Ultimately, the conversation is yours to shape.
Can I follow up after receiving my Rooted Report or attending a Rooted Integration session?
After receiving or attending a Rooted Integration session, you’re welcome to email me regarding any questions, concerns, or feedback you may have.
Does Rooted Epiphany give medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice?
No. Rooted Epiphany incorporates certain principles from those fields, but none of its services are intended to constitue medical, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
What should I know about cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds?
Rooted Reports:
Rooted Report orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of receiving your booking confirmation email. After this period, all Report sales are final.
Rooted Integration Sessions:

Rooted Integration sessions may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of receiving your booking confirmation email. After this period, the session is non-refundable, but there will be an opportunity to reschedule if needed (please see “Rescheduling Allowance” below).
Grace Period for Late Arrivals:
I will only wait 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. If you arrive within 15 minutes, I will still allot you the full 60-minute session.
After the 15-minute grace period, I will end the session at the 15-minute mark and you will be considered a no-show, but there will be an opportunity to reschedule (please see “Rescheduling Allowance” below).
Rescheduling Allowance:
Each Rooted Integration purchase includes one rescheduling opportunity. If you cancel or are a no-show for your original appointment, I will automatically email you an updated Calendly link within 24 hours. The link will contain a 14-day scheduling window with my availability. Directions to reschedule will be in the email.
Session Forfeiture:
Your Rooted Integration session will be forfeited if:
You cancel your original appointment AND you do not use the Calendly link emailed to you for rescheduling. Please note: Cancellation alone does not lead to forfeiture if you exercise your rescheduling allowance (please see “Rescheduling Allowance” above).
You are a no-show for the original appointment AND you do not use the Calendly link emailed to you for rescheduling. Please note: No-show alone does not lead to forfeiture if you exercise your rescheduling allowance (please see “Rescheduling Allowance” above).
You cancel OR you are a no-show for the rescheduled appointment.
Cancellations Initiated by Me:
If I need to cancel your session for my own reasons, I will automatically email you an updated Calendly link within 24 hours. The link will contain a 14-day scheduling window with my availability. Directions to reschedule will be in the email. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact me at hello@rootedepiphany.com. My cancellation will not affect your rescheduling allowance.
